What we collect

Contact details you give us: name, phone number, email address and, where relevant, postal address
Enquiry and order details: the service or device you've asked about, and device serial numbers where relevant to a repair
Payment and invoicing information, where you buy from us

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiries and provide quotes
To carry out repairs, builds or support work you've asked for
To invoice you and keep the business and accounting records we're required to keep
To meet legal obligations, for example HMRC record-keeping

Our lawful bases for processing are typically your consent, the performance of a contract with you, and compliance with our legal obligations.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or for as long as the law requires. Financial and invoicing records are kept for at least 6 years to meet HMRC requirements. Enquiry and repair records are kept only as long as we reasonably need them, and are then securely deleted.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the business, and only as far as necessary:

Microsoft 365: email, documents and day-to-day communication
Xero: accounting and invoicing

These providers act on our instructions under appropriate data-processing agreements. We may also disclose information where we are required to by law.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to count visits and understand which pages are useful. It does not use tracking or advertising cookies, does not store personal data, and does not track your activity across other websites, so no cookie banner is needed. If we introduce cookies or other tracking in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe your data hasn't been handled properly.
